With the involvement of professors and teachers of the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of History and Law, psychologists, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology Umar Roziyev and Nozira Musinova, psychological seminar-training events were held for citizens who fell into a state of "dependency" in the neighborhoods of Vobkent district of Bukhara region, which have high levels of unemployment and poverty and are socially and economically difficult.
