He was born on March 22, 1960 in Kagan district of Bukhara region. Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor.
1979-1983 yy. He graduated from Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute.
19.00.05-Social Psychology. He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on "Psychological features of the introduction of psychological services in the system of production and education" in ethnopsychology.
Published scientific works: Published 200 scientific works. Including: 3 textbooks, 3 monographs, 2 certificates of authorship, more than 10 textbooks and more than 150 scientific articles and theses.
