Turaev Rustam Khudayberganovich - was born on April 13, 1948 in Alat district of Bukhara region. In 1970 he graduated from the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in physical education. In 1995 he was awarded the Order "For a Healthy Generation II", in 2000 the honorary title "Honored Sports Teacher of Uzbekistan", in 2011 the Order "El Yurt Hurmati". 2014 y. - h.v. - Deputy of the Bukhara Regional Council of People's Deputies, member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He is currently the director of the Alat District State Specialized Boarding School for Olympic and National Sports.
