Hikoyat Rahmonkulova (1950 16.9, Pakhtachi district) - People's Teacher of the Republic of Uzbekistan (1996). Graduated from Bukhara Pedagogical Institute (1972). Since 1972 he has been a primary school teacher in 25 schools of Pakhtachi district. Throughout his career, he paid special attention to ensuring the unity of education and upbringing, respect for and devotion to nationality, national traditions and values.
