In the third exposition, the end of the XIX century and  There are coins, banknotes and bills of the early 20th century.

Numismatics (Latin: numisma – coin) – the science of coins; studies the images of coins, inscriptions, weight, what metal they are made of, their level in circulation, and the history of coinage. Numismatics allows to investigate issues of chronology, material culture, internal and external trade history, is of great importance for history, archeology, paleography, history of art, economy, ethnography. The concept of numismatics also includes the study of paper money (bonistics) and the study of medals, tokens, orders and badges (phaleristics). Before the appearance of metal money, the function of money was performed by various goods: animals, jewelry, metal weapons and ingots. The economic development of the society, the growth of trade caused the need for money. Only heads of state have the right to issue coins. A few metal coins were minted in Lydia in Asia Minor in the 7th century BC.

In Central Asia, the first coins (made of silver) were issued in the 3rd century BC. On its surface (obverse) is the image of the king, and on the reverse side (reverse) are images of various gods, sacred animals, or the names of kings are written and marked.

Daily life in the Bukhara oasis of the 19th century  necessary items for: ceramic plate, bowl, copper oven, ceramic bowl and bowl, oil spoons, tablecloth are displayed.
