Opening ceremony of the museum on May 18, 2018.

  According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 936 of November 22, 2017, it was decided to establish a museum of memory of the victims of repression in the structure of universities in all regions. May 18, 2018, as a result of conducting a number of organizational and scientific studies on the implementation of this decision at Bukhara State University. – On the occasion of the International Day of Museums, a solemn opening ceremony of the Memorial Museum of Repression Victims in BukhSU was held. At the event, director of the Museum of Repression Victims under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan B.V. Hasanov, representatives of regional administration, "Nuroniy", "Mahalla" Charitable funds, professors, students and families of those who were repressed took part.

  It should be emphasized that this museum within the structure of BukhSU was one of the first to be established in our Republic. The museum consists of 3 halls and covers the period from 1865 to the present day. The exposition of the museum includes artifacts, valuable archival documents, photo and film documents of the 19th century. "Yesterday and Today" in Independence Hall the exposition called.

   Victims of repression in BuxDU structure  The memorial museum consists of three halls, the first hall is from the period of the invasion of Tsarist Russia (1868-1920), the second hall is from the Soviet era. period (1920-1991), the third hall, the period of independence. At the entrance to the museum are pictures of representatives of the Jadidist movement and on the other side  “Yesterday and today” named  exposition is located. The first hall begins with the exposition of the occupation of Central Asia by Russia and the bombing of Bukhara. ends with an exposition named.
