This meeting was organized in accordance with the relevant decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to ensure digital security education at Bukhara State University, effective and safe use of modern information technologies in the educational process. The event was attended by employees of the Educational and Methodological Department, professors-teachers and responsible specialists.
During the meeting, the concept of cyber culture, its place and importance in today's digital society, and the importance of observing the rules of cyber hygiene were discussed in detail. Also, special attention was paid to the issues of protecting personal data, being careful of phishing and harmful links, using strong passwords, forming responsible behavior in social networks, and ensuring information security on service computers.
During the event, interesting questions were asked by the participants, problematic situations were discussed based on real-life examples, and practical recommendations on preventing cyberthreats were given. At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that it is necessary to systematically continue propaganda work on the promotion of cyber culture and the development of cyber hygiene in educational institutions.
