On the occasion of the ”Cyberculture Promotion Month” announced every year in November, an event was organized at Bukhara State University aimed at increasing information culture among students. The main goal of the event is to inform young people about safe operation in the digital space, protection of personal information and responsible use of the Internet.
During the event, participants were given detailed explanations about ways to protect against phishing, malware, cyber attacks and other modern cyber threats. Practical tips on how to keep personal information safe, create strong passwords and manage them wisely were also presented.
In a special session, Guidelines on the reasonable use of password policy were introduced to employees, professors and students of Bukhara State University, which is aimed at increasing the online security of each user. The participants of the event learned the importance of digital security in everyday life in practice through interactive training.
As a result of this event, the level of knowledge in the field of information culture and cyber security among students has significantly increased, their skills to act responsibly in the digital space have been strengthened.
