TALENT project

According to the results of the 2018 competition at our university, a new project, TALENT, was won under the European Commission's Erasmus + program.

Full name of the project: TALENT - Establishing Master Programs in Human Resource Management and Talent Development in Central Asia.

Project Coordinator: Free University of Brussels (Belgium).

Project partners: Athens University of Economics and Business (Greece), Magdebirg University named after Otto von Gerike (Germany), Institute of Science and Society Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (Bulgaria), Bukhara State University, Tashkent International Westminster University (Uzbekistan), Nazarbayev University , KIMEP University (Kazakhstan), Kyrgyz University of Economics, American University of Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan).

Project duration: 15.11.2018 - 14.11.2021

In 2019: the structure of the 2-year master's program IRM and the formation of teaching materials on 8 major subjects.

In 2020: Organization of the process of obtaining permits and accreditation for IRM programs.

2021: Conducting IRM trainings and textbooks at each of the partner universities in Central Asia.

The project will develop a curriculum for IRM master's degree. The curriculum includes subjects in the following areas:

• Economy

• Personnel management

• Career planning

• Organizational psychology / sociology

• Labor law, social protection
