An official meeting dedicated to advancing cooperation in higher education and science to a new level was held at Tashkent State University of Law.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of Tashkent State University of Law, Professor Baxshillo Khodjayev, and a delegation from Bukhara State University led by Rector Obidjon Khamidov. The BukhSU delegation also included Umida Asadova, Head of the Human Resources Management Department, and Shukhrat Sharapov, Head of the University’s Legal Department.

During the discussions, the parties explored opportunities to expand student academic mobility and exchange programs, as well as establish a systematic framework for professional collaboration and knowledge sharing among faculty members and young researchers. Particular attention was given to the joint use of modern scientific and methodological literature, digital educational resources, the implementation of collaborative research projects, and the organization of international conferences and academic seminars.

The participants emphasized that the introduction of innovative approaches in higher education is a key factor in creating a high-quality academic environment and enhancing educational outcomes.

As a major outcome of the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Tashkent State University of Law and Bukhara State University. The agreement provides a solid foundation for strengthening the integration of education, research, and practice, while contributing to the preparation of highly qualified specialists for the legal and socio-economic sectors.

By combining the intellectual potential and academic expertise of both institutions, the partnership is expected to make a significant contribution to enhancing the competitiveness of Uzbekistan’s higher education system and fostering sustainable academic development.
